UC500.com

I'm having a strange problem with one of my UC500 installs. Voice mail messages are intermittently being cut off after 30 seconds. The maximum caller message size in CUE is set for 300 seconds, and everything seems normal to the caller leaving the voicemail message. However when the recorded message is played back, it is cut off at precisely 30 seconds.

I've confirmed the user's mailbox is not full and the voicemail defaults are set correctly. I've also compared the CUE config file to another site that does not have the problem and I don't see any differences.

The UC500 is running the newest release of IOS and CUE. 2 FXO ports in use. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot this problem?
