Voicemail on a Softbutton
I have inherited a system that another vendor started, and we are doing the onsite testing and validation for the client.
Their 5th extension button on the right dials the general mailbox with the user number attached.. i.e. it dials 500200# This seems to be hit and miss - is there anyway to improve the behavior, or negate the need for the 200#?

Look into Direct TRansfer to Vociemail
With direct transfer to voicemail, you can make each user's voicemail box "dialable". Using CCA 2.0 this is very easy to implement.
